When you get your money back

A new account gets up to 30 days of full access without entering a bank card. During that time you can add real projects, workers and timesheets, so you are not testing a limited version.

We take no money when the free period ends. The subscription starts only if you activate it yourself.

If within 14 days of your first payment you find the application is not useful to you, we return the full amount. We do not ask you to justify the decision.

Write to support@creatego.net from the account address. We process the request within 5 working days, and the money returns to the same card or account it came from, within your bank's timeframe.

You can cancel at any time, in one click, without calling us and without explaining. Cancelling stops the next payment.

The period already paid for stays active to the end, so you do not lose days you have paid for. We do not refund a started month proportionally, because access remains available until it ends.

• You were charged the wrong amount, or charged twice.
• You were billed for a subscription after cancelling it.
• The application was unavailable through our fault for a significant part of the paid month.

In these cases we correct it on our own initiative if we notice, or as soon as you tell us. No time limit applies.

We do not refund fully used months where you worked normally, nor amounts for accounts suspended for breaching the terms.

If your situation fits nowhere above, write to us anyway. We would rather talk than lose a customer over a rigidly written rule.

Cancelling does not delete your data immediately. We keep it for another 30 days, so you can change your mind or export your information, after which it is removed automatically.
